So let’s say you’re outmatched. Your opponent is 300 pounds of evil and you’re flagging fast. Step one: Get in mount position. Step two: Execute armbar. Step three: Watch him (or her) tap out like a baby. The armbar is one of the most painful moves you can inflict on a fighter, so be careful: If you do it too well, you could break someone’s arm. And you wouldn’t want that. Would you?
